Fishing Area Expanding at the Grand Pavois La Rochelle

The fishing area at the Grand Pavois La Rochelle continues to grow, attracting an increasing number of boat, semi-rigid boat, equipment, electronics, and material brands. This year, many brands plan to be present on land, making the Grand Pavois La Rochelle the essential destination for fishing enthusiasts looking to embark on a boat project, whether with a rigid or semi-rigid hull. The selection is so vast that it’s nearly impossible not to find a boat suited to one’s needs: semi-rigid boats designed specifically for fishing with all available motorizations, electronics, and equipment; rigid-hulled boats for offshore fishing, whether bottom fishing or tuna hunting; or boats that combine fishing, family outings, and water sports. There’s something for every taste and budget, making the Grand Pavois La Rochelle the place to meet all the key players in the market.

On-Land Advantages of the Fishing Area:

  • The opportunity to discover kayaks and boats specifically developed and equipped for amateurs and novices, along with stands featuring electronics, equipment, and materials for all types of fishing.
  • An animation area with a stage and demonstration pool to share fishing techniques, demonstrate equipment and new products, and meet leading figures in the fishing world and associations committed to preserving resources and encouraging responsible practices.
  • The presence of federations and the French fishing guides union to better understand regulations, receive training, and raise awareness about resource and environmental protection.

Afloat Advantages of the Marina Grand Pavois Fishing:

  • The opportunity for visitors to test boats, engines, and equipment at sea. Brands can leverage the presence of their pro-staff to allow visitors to test fully equipped units. This is a highlight for enthusiasts, allowing them to discover new models in the company of experts. Boats registered for the Grand Pavois Fishing will be available for sea trials every day of the show, except Friday and Sunday mornings (reserved for competition). Appointments can be made with the brands.
  • The chance to attend onboard electronics training and discover new equipment at sea, with major brands and their pro-staff. Appointments can be made with the brands for sea trips or onboard electronics training.

35 Boats Expected at Grand Pavois Fishing 2025

Thirty-five branded boats are expected at the Grand Pavois Fishing 2025, taking place on Friday, the 26th, and Sunday morning, the 28th. The Grand Pavois Fishing will not host more than 35 teams, as the fishing area cannot accommodate more boats for comfortable fishing. The Grand Pavois Fishing is the only competition in France exclusively for brands! This unique concept is embraced by boat, engine, and equipment brands, making the Fishing Area & Grand Pavois Fishing a key event for showcasing new boats, engines, and equipment (hardware, electronics, various materials). Pro-staff, ambassadors, fishing guides, and brand representatives will be present on the water and on land to share the advantages of the products, their passions, and techniques with enthusiasts.
