William Osler Health System Adopts Sectra’s AI Service to Enhance Patient Care
Linköping, June 16, 2025 – William Osler Health System (Osler) in Canada is embracing AI through Sectra’s (STO: SECT B) AI service, Sectra Amplifier Services. This collaboration enables Osler to seamlessly integrate selected AI applications into its existing clinical workflows, boosting efficiency and improving patient care.
Sectra Amplifier Service, a cloud-based AI platform managed by Sectra, allows Osler to integrate validated third-party applications into its clinical workflows. By enabling Osler to operate multiple AI applications on a shared infrastructure and with Sectra managing the entire workflow—from integration and installation to management and support—security risks and IT burdens are reduced.

Osler provides care to over 1.3 million residents from five hospitals in one of Canada’s fastest-growing communities, conducting more than 575,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually. They have been using Sectra’s comprehensive solution since 2019, starting with the orthopedics module, and in 2023, they began using the radiology and mammography modules, as well as Sectra’s multimedia archive (VNA).
