Doro Launches Doro Connect Mobile Plans for Seniors

Doro, the market leader in mobile phones for seniors, is taking the next step in its mission to make technology simpler and safer. The company is launching Doro Connect – three mobile plans designed to fit Doro phones and the lifestyle of users who value transparency, clarity, security, and simplicity.

The launch of Doro Connect is part of Doro’s long-term strategy to simplify technology for seniors. It is also the first major step since Doro was partially acquired by Xplora – a company that has had great success in combining hardware and subscriptions in the children’s smartwatch segment.

Three Clear Choices

Doro Connect offers three affordable plans starting from only SEK 119/month – with fixed, clear prices without binding contracts or hidden fees. All plans include free calls and SMS within the EU/EEA. The difference lies in the amount of data:

• Doro Connect Voice (SEK 119/month) – for those who make calls and send messages, but do not use apps or mobile data.
• Doro Connect 3GB (SEK 149/month) – with 3 GB of data, perfect for those who browse lightly and use a few apps.
• Doro Connect 10GB (SEK 229/month) – with 10 GB of data for those who want more flexibility.

The plans use Telenor’s network, which ensures broad coverage throughout Sweden.

Reliable Support

For many users, security and accessible help are crucial. Therefore, Doro Connect offers Swedish telephone support on weekdays between 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM–1:00 PM), as well as the option to contact support via e-mail.

How to Get Doro Connect

The plans are available via the Doro website. Soon, it will also be possible to choose Doro Connect directly when purchasing a Doro phone, for an even smoother experience.
