Sunreef Yachts, the Gdansk-based builder renowned for its bespoke luxury catamarans, has taken a significant step in its global expansion by inaugurating its new American headquarters at Las Olas Marina in Fort Lauderdale. This prime location, situated in the heart of Florida’s yachting capital, provides the brand with a strategic foothold in a particularly dynamic market.
The new offices underscore Sunreef’s commitment to strengthening its engagement with its North American clientele. The builder aims to provide top-tier customer service, while also reinforcing its network of partners and after-sales support. The opening of this American branch also illustrates the Polish shipyard’s growing international presence, already established in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
New Leadership for the United States
To lead this new entity, Sunreef Yachts has appointed Philip Bell as Managing Director of U.S. Operations. With over 23 years of experience in the maritime sector, he has worked in new yacht construction, superyacht refitting, brokerage, and commercial management.
Known for his rigorous and customer-centric approach, Philip Bell intends to make this establishment a springboard for increasing Sunreef Yachts’ visibility and growth in the United States. His arrival marks a clear intention to consolidate the brand’s presence in a market where demand for high-end catamarans continues to grow.
Exceptional Catamarans at FLIBS 2025
At the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), Sunreef Yachts showcased two of its most iconic models. The 60 Sunreef Power, exhibited for the first time in the United States, captivated visitors with its modern design, remarkable performance, and refined interior.
Alongside it, the 80 Sunreef Power embodied the brand’s philosophy: elegance, innovation, and absolute comfort. With its spectacular living spaces, forward terrace, and panoramic flybridge, it illustrates the shipyard’s expertise in design and custom layout.
