Highfield Boats Unveils the ADV9: A New Era of Offshore Adventure

Highfield Boats has launched the ADV9, a rigid inflatable boat (RIB) that blends striking design with robust offshore capabilities. This boat is engineered to tackle challenging sea conditions while maintaining a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.

Performance Designed for Serious Navigation

The ADV9, measuring 9.2 meters in length (excluding engines), is built for extended offshore use. It boasts a top speed of 50 knots and a range of up to 250 nautical miles, empowering owners to explore further with confidence.

This model represents a significant leap forward for the ADV range, enhancing its overall capabilities. It’s suitable for family outings, private ownership, charter services, and even chase boat duties. The sliding float system not only preserves the boat’s design but also simplifies updates and minimizes potential damage. These floats also improve water deflection, ensure safer docking maneuvers, and enhance onboard safety, especially in rough conditions.

“The ADV9 represents the next evolution of our adventure crossover range,” says Paul Blanc, CEO of Highfield Boats. “Building on the success of the ADV7, we’ve designed a boat that offers more capability, flexibility, and comfort, without compromise. The ADV9 is designed to perform in real-world conditions, offshore, at high speed, and in demanding environments.”

A True Crossover for Comfortable Living

Conceived as a complete crossover weekender, the ADV9 features up to four berths within a heated cabin. The layout includes a kitchen, toilet, and an optional camper hood to further enhance its versatility. The flush deck, high freeboards, and direct access to the swim platform contribute to improved safety and ease of movement onboard, catering to families, guests, and crew alike.

Personalization is also a key consideration, with several interior color themes available to tailor the boat’s ambiance to each owner’s preferences.

Designed for Extended Autonomy and Logistics

With a 450-liter fuel tank, the ADV9 clearly demonstrates its offshore ambitions. The design also incorporates four lifting points and a hull without steps, ensuring compatibility with both road transport and floating dock installations.

In terms of engine options, the boat can accommodate various outboard configurations, with a maximum of two 300-horsepower engines or a single 450-horsepower engine. With a beam of 3.27 meters, the ADV9 strikes a balance between presence on the water and manageable dimensions. The design is the work of VOM Creation.

A Clear Vision of Premium Quality

Paul Blanc concludes by reaffirming the project’s philosophy: “We are delighted to present the ADV9 at boot Düsseldorf and to share this new chapter with our community. This boat embodies our commitment to listening to market expectations: more space, more autonomy, and a build quality capable of withstanding real-world use, season after season.”

The starting price is announced at €140,900 excluding VAT, in a configuration with a Mercury V10 400-horsepower engine.

The ADV9 will be on display throughout the duration of Boot Düsseldorf 2026, until January 25, alongside the entire Highfield range, including the ADV7, Patrol 660, and Patrol 540 in Hall 9, stand C25.
