Xensam Chooses Origo: A New Era for the Workplace

The modern workplace is evolving, and forward-thinking companies are recognizing the need for spaces that foster creativity, collaboration, and employee well-being. Tech firm Xensam’s recent move to Origo, a cutting-edge office property, exemplifies this trend. For Xensam, the relocation was more than just finding a new address; it was about crafting an environment where ideas, people, and technology converge.

A Space Reflecting Culture and Ambition

Xensam’s rapid growth, a staggering 700% increase in staff since 2022, necessitated a larger and more functional workspace. However, the company sought more than just square footage. They desired a setting that mirrored their corporate culture, fueled ambition, and enticed employees to gather and connect. After exploring various options, Origo, developed by Humlegården Fastigheter, emerged as the ideal choice.

“We were looking for an office where we could grow but that also met our need for social spaces. Origo was exactly what we were looking for,” says Alexandra Pettersson, Chief Culture Officer at Xensam.

Modern, Flexible, and Inspiring

Xensam envisioned a workplace that felt modern, flexible, and inspiring. Origo’s atmosphere and the opportunity to grow alongside other innovative companies resonated deeply with their vision.

“It should feel luxurious, inspiring, dynamic, fun, and like you are in the middle of success.” – Alexandra Pettersson, Chief Culture Officer at Xensam.

Origo stood out because of the immediate “wow” factor it evoked. The appeal extended beyond work hours, with amenities like a gym and a rooftop bar adding to the allure.

Drawing Inspiration from the Hotel Industry

Origo distinguishes itself by offering more than a traditional office environment. Humlegården drew inspiration from the hotel industry, creating an atmosphere and service level that enhance the tenant experience. Shared spaces include thoughtfully designed lounges, a café, a gym, a restaurant, and a rooftop terrace. Tenants also have access to a large meeting and conference area, allowing them to book spaces as needed.

Xensam collaborated with Humlegården to design their new offices to accommodate both work and social activities.

Matching the Atmosphere

Xensam aimed to match Origo’s sophisticated atmosphere in their own space. The design reflects the company’s values and color palette, featuring beige and black as base colors with amber/gold and pink accents.

“We also have our own ‘playground’ in one of the areas where there are a little more social and playful spaces, with everything from comfortable armchairs to precision games,” says Alexandra Pettersson.
