Sigma Technology Ranked as Sweden's Top 2 Best Employers 2025

Sigma Technology Group Ranked Among Sweden’s Best Employers for the 13th Consecutive Year

For the thirteenth year in a row, Sigma Technology Group has been recognized as one of Sweden’s best employers, securing an impressive second place in the 2025 rankings. This accolade underscores the company’s enduring commitment to fostering a workplace characterized by authenticity, inclusivity, and a people-centric approach.

Sigma Technology Group remains steadfast in its core value: prioritizing people and cultivating a culture where every employee feels seen, heard, and supported. Universum’s recognition reflects the high levels of employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty within the company. Each year, employees vote for the organizations they believe excel in these areas, and this year’s results clearly demonstrate that Sigma Technology Group’s values of putting people first make a significant difference.

“Successful companies are not built by systems – they are built by people who care. This award has a thousand names, and we call them colleagues. Every day, they contribute innovation, commitment, and drive to everything we do. In 2025, we are focusing on developing leadership at all levels and creating even more opportunities for our employees to grow, connect, and make a difference,” says Carl Vikingsson, CEO of Sigma Technology Group.

Being ranked among Sweden’s top three best employers once again demonstrates that Sigma Technology’s primary competitive advantage is its company culture. Carl continues:

“A recognition like this is not a final destination – it is feedback in motion. It shows that we are on the right track, but also where we have room to continue to grow.”

Claes Peyron, Managing Director Nordics, UK & Ireland, Universum, says:

“A big congratulations to Sigma Technology for being one of Sweden’s three Best Employers for the eighth year in a row. The focus on long-term commitment and an inclusive culture where employees can be themselves speaks volumes. This is not a quick fix, but an employee focus that comes from within and that year after year creates good and loyal ambassadors.”
