Smart High Tech AB Increases Number of B-Shares
Smart High Tech AB has increased the number of B-shares by 11,970 through the redemption of warrants. This follows the company’s former maintenance manager, Arto Ahtonen, electing to subscribe for shares based on an incentive program issued in 2021.
The shares are now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), which means that the total number of shares in SHT Smart High-Tech AB amounts to 28,268,041, of which 1,400,000 are series A and 26,868,041 are series B. The share capital has thus increased by SEK 598.50 to SEK 1,413,402.05.
