Finserves Global Security Fund Sees Record Inflow as Defense Theme Attracts Pension Savers

Stockholm, July 1, 2025 – Since Finserves Global Security Fund became available to occupational pension savers via Futur in mid-April, the fund has received an extraordinary inflow of SEK 500 million within insurance in just six weeks. This demonstrates the sharply increased interest in defense investments among Swedish pension savers.

Finserve Global Security Fund is Europe’s first fund focusing on defense, cybersecurity, and space technology – areas that have received increased attention as a result of the changed geopolitical situation. In parallel with the large growth within insurance at Futur, the fund has grown rapidly to over SEK 4 billion.

Broad Availability for Pension Savers

Through Futur’s platform, the fund is now selectable for approximately 3.3 million pension savers with occupational pensions within PA16, KAP-KL/AKAP-KR, SAF-LO, and non-collectively agreed occupational pensions. The rapid inflow of half a billion kronor during the first six weeks significantly exceeds expectations.
