Windelo reinvents the interior of its Yachting version
Interior Design as a Living Space
The new Yachting version emphasizes a warm and elegant atmosphere, designed to extend the pleasure of sailing into every detail of life on board. Eschewing a standardized approach, Windelo has developed three distinct harmonies – Nordic Zen, Dolce Vela, and Blue Wave – to allow each owner to shape a universe that reflects their personal style.
Each variation is based on a strong identity. Nordic Zen combines light woods with black or metallic elements, in an ambiance inspired by both Scandinavian design and Japanese minimalism. Dolce Vela, with its golden and brown hues, evokes an enveloping and domestic, almost Mediterranean, atmosphere. Blue Wave, more contemporary, plays on subtle contrasts and touches of blue to highlight the lines of the furniture. The choice of flooring and worktops reinforces this personalization, for a result that is a blend of semi-custom and overall aesthetic coherence.
Beyond the ambiance, the layout has also been redesigned. The living area remains largely open, with smooth transitions between the different volumes, reinforcing the feeling of fluidity on board. The interior navigation station remains connected to the life of the saloon, and all the fittings have been designed to combine ergonomics and smooth circulation. Particular attention is paid to the materials: woods selected for their reduced impact, durable textiles, and meticulous finishes. The whole reflects a desire to offer a sophisticated interior without excess, but perfectly integrated into the shipyard’s logic of sobriety.

A Coherent Upgrade
This evolution of the interior design is part of a broader strategy of upgrading Windelo, which aims to respond to a clientele looking for comfort while remaining true to the shipyard’s founding values: innovation, eco-design, and performance. By offering a higher level of finish, without renouncing its ethical approach, Windelo reinforces the coherence of its range and promotes a more responsible approach to yachting.
The emphasis on modularity and personalization also opens the way to new uses, whether private or professional. In this version, the boat is no longer just a sailing vessel but becomes a true living space, designed as a mobile residence where every detail counts.
The first examples with this new interior identity will be on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2025, where the brand plans to present this makeover exclusively. Visuals and additional renderings of the Yachting design will be unveiled closer to the show.
