EasyPark Group Finalizes Acquisition of Parkopedia

EasyPark Group has completed its acquisition of Parkopedia, a global leader in digital solutions for vehicles. By combining Parkopedia’s technology for infotainment systems and payments with EasyPark’s digital parking solutions, EasyPark aims to enhance the user experience for drivers.

The acquisition of Parkopedia builds on a long-standing collaboration with the goal of creating a fully integrated driving experience. Parkopedia’s technology and payment solutions for parking, electric vehicle charging, refueling, and tolls complement EasyPark Group’s expertise in digital payments. This combination enables seamless integration between parking systems, digital platforms, and infotainment systems, leading to even more smart services directly integrated into various car models.

Vitruvian Partners, Verdane, and Searchlight Capital Partners L.P., the owners of EasyPark Group, have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
