HR Director Ulrika Dunker Leaves Alleima
Ulrika Dunker to Depart Alleima for Kemira Oyj
Ulrika Dunker, EVP & Head of Human Resources, has decided to leave Alleima to take on a similar role at Kemira Oyj.
Ulrika has served in her current position and as a member of the executive management team since 2020. Her departure from Alleima is scheduled for no later than December 31, 2025.

She has played a vital role in the spin-off of Alleima from Sandvik, leading the organization in recruiting and retaining the right talent to become a listed company. Through her dedicated leadership, Ulrika has significantly developed the HR organization, increasing both its efficiency and strategic impact. Her efforts have not only streamlined HR processes but have also contributed to the company’s overall growth and success.
