PTC Launches AI-Powered Tool for Supply Chain Monitoring
PTC (NASDAQ: PTC) has introduced Arena® Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI), a new feature integrated within its product lifecycle management (PLM) and quality management system (QMS). Arena SCI™ proactively identifies potential supply chain disruptions by continuously monitoring for changes, embedding AI-driven component surveillance directly into the product development process. This transforms how teams manage component risks throughout the product lifecycle within their existing PLM environment.
Both product development and launch teams can leverage Arena SCI to continuously monitor electronic components and pinpoint supply chain risks. Upon identifying risks, Arena SCI provides a comprehensive overview of the situation and suggests alternative components based on technical compatibility. This empowers teams to make more informed purchasing decisions earlier in the product development process, preventing supply disruptions before they impact production.
Preventing Supply Chain Issues
