Saxdor Yachts Unveils the 460 GTC: A New Era of Boating

Saxdor Yachts is making waves with the introduction of the Saxdor 460 GTC, a significant milestone in the company’s history. Building on the success of the 400 series, Saxdor is scaling up, entering a more demanding category in terms of size and luxury, while staying true to its core philosophy.

“The 460 GTC represents a major step in Saxdor’s strategy to conquer a new segment. It embodies the convergence, on a larger scale, of our design, technology, and engineering. Our goal was not simply to build a bigger boat, but to create an unparalleled experience at all levels, while remaining true to the Saxdor DNA. We look forward to discovering the public’s reaction during the model’s presentation at the Boot Düsseldorf show.” – Erna Rusi, CEO of Saxdor Yachts

Developed with customer feedback and experience gained from the entire Saxdor fleet, the 460 GTC is designed as a natural evolution, offering a level of comfort and finish typically found on larger vessels.

A Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Concept

The heart of the project lies in a sophisticated “open/closed” concept. The enclosed cockpit, designed for year-round use, opens wide to the exterior, allowing continuous movement between the forward sunbed and the aft cockpit. Double-opening side doors and large glazed surfaces enhance this visual and functional continuity.

The centrally positioned galley plays a key role in onboard life, with ample space for meal preparation and social gatherings. At the front, a two-part door provides access to the vast lounge area, while at the rear, the opening of the saloon to the cockpit further enhances the feeling of space.

Saxdor’s signature “private island” concept is amplified here by some of the most generous folding side terraces in its class. They create an open platform directly above the water and multiply the possible uses, from relaxation to swimming. The aft deck also benefits from new configurations, offering greater modularity for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying the boat at rest or slow speeds.

High-Performance and Advanced Technical Solutions

Despite this upgrade, the 460 GTC maintains a clear focus on performance. The engine options are based on a wide range of Mercury Marine solutions, ranging from triple V8 300 horsepower engines to twin V12 600 horsepower configurations. Some versions may integrate Navico’s Fathom® e-power system, an advanced energy management solution based on lithium-ion batteries, placing Saxdor among the European pioneers in this field.

With the 460 GTC, Saxdor is targeting both boaters looking to upgrade and experienced owners seeking a manageable, modern yacht focused on onboard living. The model combines space, refinement, and ease of use, and clearly embodies the next generation of the brand.

Global Debut at Boot Düsseldorf 2026

The Saxdor 460 GTC will make its world premiere at Boot Düsseldorf 2026, from January 17 to 25, Hall 1 – Stand B71, alongside the rest of the range.
