VO2 Strengthens Board with Expertise in AI and Entrepreneurship
At the Annual General Meeting on May 23, Anna Nordell Westling and John Harmander were elected as new board members – two profiles with solid experience in building innovative tech companies.
VO2 Cap Holding AB (publ) has appointed two new members to its board of directors: Anna Nordell Westling and John Harmander. This strengthens the board with expertise in both artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.
Anna Nordell Westling
Anna Nordell Westling is the co-founder of Sana Labs – one of Sweden’s most prominent AI companies, and has a deep commitment to how technology can create business benefits. Today, she works as an investor with a particular focus on AI-related companies where she can contribute her unique knowledge.
“VO2 is well-positioned to become a leading player in ad- and mediatech, a journey where AI technology will be a crucial strategic component and accelerator,” says Anna Nordell Westling.
John Harmander
John Harmander is a serial entrepreneur and has co-founded six companies primarily in tech and media. He has also held leading roles in international corporations such as Tele2 and Superbet Group. Today, he is an active business angel with deep insight into the European M&A landscape.
“With over 15 years of experience in leading investments and developing companies in technology, I look forward to contributing to VO2’s continued journey.
