For owners, UPtoSEA offers a high-end concierge service covering all logistical tasks: regular maintenance, full cleaning, repairs, preparation before each outing, even grocery shopping or the provision of personalized equipment. The objective is to allow owners to enjoy the sea without worrying about managing their boat. “Thanks to our dedicated team, composed of passionate local experts, each boat is treated with the utmost care,” says Gilles Wagner.

In parallel, UPtoSEA offers these same owners the possibility of renting out their boat when it is not in use. All operational management is handled by UPtoSEA via its application, safely thanks to a partnership established with April Marine, a major player in nautical insurance.
For renters, UPtoSEA focuses on a fluid and high-end experience, inspired by collaborative standards. Booking is done in a few clicks via an intuitive mobile application, even at the last minute. The catalog includes boats from 5 to 14 meters, all selected for their comfort, safety, and ease of handling.
Personalized services complete the offer: delivery of meals and drinks on board, paddle rental, presence of a nanny… All these services are offered via the “UPtoSEA drive,” for worry-free navigation.
A Mobile Application Supported by a Close Human Relationship
Scheduled before the summer of 2025, the UPtoSEA application does not just automate booking. Each client benefits from personalized human support, provided by a local team available continuously. “We designed UPtoSEA so that the human element remains at the heart of the nautical experience,” emphasizes Gilles Wagner. This approach aims to guarantee permanent assistance and a tailor-made welcome at each stage.
The project is also based on a family entrepreneurial adventure. Gilles Wagner, an entrepreneur from the industry and passionate about boating, embarked on this new activity alongside his partner, Stéphanie Pierronnet. Both intend to establish themselves permanently in the Vendée economic fabric, with the support of family shareholders and involved local partners.
The establishment in Les Sables d’Olonne and Bourgenay, two emblematic ports of maritime Vendée, marks a first step. UPtoSEA plans to expand to other ports on the Atlantic coast from 2026, with the ambition of national development in the medium term.
